From bottle, blindtasting #14. Pours cloudy orange, golden and with an almost fully gone head. Mild peachy and solid grapefruit and citrusy aroma. Smooth peachy and grapefruity flavoured with a light caramel malt base. Light yeasty touch and a slowly growing bitterness into the finish. Ends dry and fruity.

Bottle at Monk’s Café, Wallingatan
Hazy copper to amber color; medium creamy head. Excellent hoppy aroma, perfumy and fruity (oranges, bitter oranges), a bit earthy and sweaty too, very light cheese touch. Good body strength and mouthfeel, round; strong caramel flavor, with the necessary residual sweetness; strong hopping, first oily, but resiny and fruity as well. Powerful and long final. No surprises (an Imperial IPA as we had many already), but very solid.

Bottle… Clear golden ale with amber highlights and a small, white head. The aroma is a pleasing swirl of honey, fuzzy fruits, grapefruit and white pepper. Full-bodied with a thick mouthfeel and moderate carbonation. Malty and sweet with flavorful hops and adequate bitterness. Mid-length, pleasantly sweet finish. Thanks to mgumby10 for providing my sample!
