| 2.7 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 3/5 | 6/10 | 2/5 | 10/20 | Apr 13, 2006 This appears to be a house beer brewed for Henrietta’s Table at the Charles Hotel. It was a reddish brown ale, not too dark or opaque, clear enough for visible carbonation with large bubbles and a small head. A bit thin in the mouth, not surprising given appearance. A non descript nose and flavor, without much intensity or complexity. I can find lots of references to the beer online but no prior reviews. SB (318), Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, USA
