Very promising appearance, but way overcarbonated if you’re shooting for anything Lambic-esque.
Aromatics lead off with a whiff of peach skins and tart pits. An obtrusive, moldy, musty cardboard aroma takes hold and detracts throughout the glass.
Very much like a moldy cardboard box from the cellar.
Mouthfeel is soft and slightly tart.
Pallet is fruity with a hint of sour. Hardly lactic or even leaning in the direction thereof.
The musty cardboard is apparent in the finish as well.

Cloudy blond color; big head. Aroma of peach syrup. The flavor reminds me more a watered peach drink than a beer, plus some bitterness. Drinkable, but useless as beer.

Nov 20, 2007 22oz bomber: I got a shot of foam out of the top of the bottle when I opened this one. It pours with a large, white frothy head. It is a clear, pale golden color with some constant fizziness. So far, not good. The aroma is a different story, however. Slightly sour peach aroma, with some mustiness to it. A definite improvement over the appearance. Somewhat of a peach flavor, with some carbonation lingering on the tongue. Slightly bready. A nice, lighter beer for a hot day.

Nov 3, 2007 22oz Bottle. Pours hazy golden with a frothy off-white head. Earthy, musty peach aroma. Fruity, sweet-tart peach flavor. Finishes has some spice and is a bit metallic. Smells better than it tastes.

Oct 16, 2007 Cloudy Copper color with bubbles ,extremely large head, very fizzy. It took me forever to pour a pint. Peach aroma. Peach, earthy taste. Not a great beer.
I read the bottles were exploding, but I had 3 bottles rolling around in my trunk all the way from Vermont to Maryland and I arrived home with them in tact.
