Restrained aroma of wheat and coriander. taste has faint clove, pepper, and wheat. Drinkable enough with its spritzy carbonation, but unimpressive.

Pours a cloudy pale yellow color body, with an average head, white and creamy, not lasting. Lagery smelling, some spicy,, but weak. Light taste, fruity finish. Creamy mouthfeel. Pretty good, some sweet floral taste. Some banana too, some fruitiness. weihenweizen (64), West Virginia, USA
| 1.9 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 3/10 | 2/5 | 4/10 | 2/5 | 8/20 | Dec 30, 2009 Refrigerated bottle poured into a glass. Pours a hazy light straw color with a little white head. Kind of watery, very little lacing, poor body, and a little overcarbonated. Taste is light citrus that is kind of sour and some wet wheat. It is not rated that high, but is still overrated. UFO please remove the word hefeweizen from the bottle. swanmann (310), Norman, Oklahoma, USA
| 2.7 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 3/5 | 5/10 | 3/5 | 10/20 | Dec 25, 2009 Poured from the bottle, this brew was a hazy straw color with about half inch white foam cap that held for about two minutes. Large citrus profile in the aroma, oranges, some earthy damp grain. The flavor is not very complex, mild bitterness and some grassy notes. It’s fairly carbonated, not very complex, straight forward hef. It’s not great, not terrible. Angelmonster (25), Colorado, USA
| 3.4 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 3/5 | 7/10 | 3/5 | 14/20 | Dec 22, 2009 Pours a 1 finger white head that faded pretty quickly. Body is a hazy pale orange. Head retention and lacing are average at best.
Aroma is dominated by coriander and citrus. Sweet wheat is also in there. No hops are detected
Taste is of orange peel and coriander. Flavors are pretty light, kind of bland. As usual, no hops are present.
Mouth feel is watery. Head has no impact on the beer. Carbonation is well balanced
Overall it is above average. It’s sessionable but the flavors are pretty boring. Dont think I’d buy this beer again
