May 3, 2008 Bottled at Stockholm Beer Festival 2007. An unclear orange-red beer with an off-white head. The aroma is sweet with strong notes of raspberries. The flavor is sweet with strong notes of raspberries with a slightly artificial touch. It has a slight underlying acidity, is it the raspberries or the wheat I don’t know. The body is thin. Too much raspberry for me.

Sep 28, 2007 Bottled at Stockholm Beer Festival. (4.8%) Cloudy reddish amber. Aroma of tart raspberries mixed with bubblegum. Sweet and estery with fairly light body and short flavour. Like always any attempt to mix hefeweizen with fruit is doomed.
