Light head, short duration. Yellow pale color, limpid and with a light fizz. Light and gaunt scent with acidulous notes of yeast and wheat. Little prickly and lean taste in the mouth. Still present sweetish and acidulous rumors that stirred and renders it little bitter. Bittersweet final. Unusual.
Thanks to mabjork for this beer also. Jukkabro (2349), Tampere, Finland May 18, 2006 Yellow colored, little white head. Sweet, hopped, slightly corny aroma. Medium bodied. Corn also in flavor with hops, aftertaste is dry with tangy and sticky palate. Boring beer. oh6gdx (5739), Vaasa, Finland Mar 12, 2005 Bottled. Golden coloured, not much head. Malt and hops in the bitterish aroma. Malty taste with hoppy bitterness in the finish. Not much aftertaste and heavily carbonated. TBone (4924), Pori, Finland Feb 5, 2005 Bottled (BB 07/2005)
Yellow with small white head. Grassy hoppy, metallic and malty aroma. Plain, sweetish malty - a bit like corn flavored. Crisp and slightly harsh mouthfeel. Clean typical Finnish malty basic lager. Positive thing is that this one is not so watery than lame III version. sayravai (3037), Helsinki, Finland Jan 25, 2005 (Bottled) Clear, pale golden color with a small head. Some grassy hops in the slightly metallic aroma. Quite buttery, somewhat hoppy flavor with some sweet maltiness. Quite light-bodied, oily and slightly thick palate with somewhat fizzy carbonation. Reasonably hoppy and tasty for a Finnish bulk lager, and not among the most light-bodied. Quite sweet. Best when drank cold.
