Commercial Description:
This Belgian specialty is brewed with a combination of Pilsner malt and malted Wheat producing a medium bodied beer with a fluffy white head. Fermented with a unique Trappist Ale yeast which leaves a slightly sweet, fruity character, It’s lightly filtered leaving some of the live yeast that create a misty golden hue and give it subtle natural yeast flavors. At a 6% alcohol content its a brew to be savored in moderation.
