Commercial Description:
Another of our summer specialties, its brewed with pale malts and generous portions of malted wheat, A slightly sweet and refreshingly light beer with a misty-orange hue. Fermented using a unique Belgian yeast strain which leaves a fruity character with hints of spice.

Sampled at the Garden State Brew fest. Very good aroma of spice, fruit. Taste is sweet and hoppy. Nicely balanced. Very light and refreshing.

Sweet aroma. Wheat, orange peel, caramel, alcohol, spice and a lot more in the aroma. Spicy, hoppy, sweet caramel. bitter, sour, strong. high alcohol %? Strong body, well balanced. Strong sour finish. Warm lingering spicy finish. Very good with bbq.

First to rate. Wow. This is perhaps the best beer I've had at Harvest. I've never had a Saison before, but I am impressed. I will have to try more of the style. Great light summer beer.
