Not a night time basher - but a six-er could be done easily enough with to much self damage or carpet tongue TheCaptain (559), Lancaster, Pennsylvania, USA

Tart and fruity fizzyness that made this a tongue tingler. Yikes, I will pass on this yeasty sour sucker in the future. Muggus69 (566), Sydney, Australia
| 3.2 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 3/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 13/20 | Jul 19, 2008 500ml bottle.Hazy dark straw body with a small bit of creamy head. Sharp nose, citrusy particularly lemon, floral and spicy, somehow reminded of a Belgian wit from first impression. Carbonation is low, body has dense chalky grittiness about it, as if their the body had plenty of suspended yeast, giving the impression that it isn’t as lean as first suggested. Bitter orange on the body, some earthy spice and wheaty malt in the mix, finish has citric sharpness about it. Nothing like I expected, very different that’s for certain, and i’m somehow reminded of one of my homebrewed pale ales that didn’t work out that way I planned...not sure thats a good thing or not. Nice regardless. french tickler (642), Aylmer, Quebec, Canada

| 2.9 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 2/5 | 6/10 | 2/5 | 13/20 | Jul 18, 2008 Golden with a small white head. Aroma is sweet fruit and yeast with some lemon. Flavor is mildly bitter with fruit, hop, and yeast. Body is very thin. This beer might be an English Bitter rather than the style given it here. Very thin body with light hops. zappafan99 (463), South Carolina, USA

The aroma is hoppy but fairly subtle compared to some of the beers these days. Some grapefruit can be detected along with a twist of lemon and malt. The taste is clean and very refreshing. It tastes quite thin at first but gains more body after a few sips. Grapefruit and some spicy malty notes feature in the taste which is followed by a pleasant bitterness. Golden with small head. I expected more hop aromas from the late hopping. Wee bit short. But by all means a descent beer.
