Commercial Description:
The filtered bottle version of the 3.8% cask ale.
Note: This is not the beer that won Supreme Champion in 2003.
"Bottled with approximately 1/3rd less Carbon Dioxide than most beers. This results in a fresher more natural tasting beer. Combines Hallertau Hersbrücker with Challenger. Late hopped with Styrian Goldings, which gives a sharpness like the twist of a lemon."

Golden yeller, no head, tiny bubbles forming white ring with a bit of lace. Aroma of sweet freshly baked white cake, piney, floral hops. Flavor is hoppy, light-medium mouthfeel. Hops are most apparent in a bitter finish. Yummy.

Had this while hanging out with Wendy and some friends in Springfield last night. Nose of dried fruit & flowers, some berries, apples, some resin kinda subtle. Pours a hazy copper complete with floaties. The average lasting creamy white head leaves light lace. The brew is well balanced with a light acidity and a brief floral and bready finish. The medium creamy body is lively and the finish feels clean.

Slightly hazy blond, faint head. Dominantly hoppy aroma with a hint of grapefruit. Full feel with a bit of bite, and trace of dry woody finish. Well done.

500ml bottle - pours clear gold with a delicate white head that leaves lots of lace in the glass. Looks good, but the aroma is amazing. Extremely fresh, soft and citrusy hops with a little bit of grassiness underneath. Flavour is beautiful as well...lots of citrus - lemon and orange zest - grassy hops underneath, quite sweet and very refreshing. I could have drank this extremely fast if only I didn’t want to savour it. Beautiful beer. Finishes sweet and dry, just slightly bitter, with a lingering lemony aftertaste. Awesome.

Bottle, Vintage Cellars Myaree, WA great summer quencher. Not mucc in the aroma at fridge temps, but a unusual length of bitterness, that is quite herbaceous and woody at the end, rounded out by a tangy front end hop profile. Quite tasty.

This ale pours a light yellow cloudy colour with a rocky white head. To the nose I could smell scents of ripe fruits like pineapple and citrus. Slightly doughy with a small scent of pine. First taste was very citrus like with flavours of pineapple and oranges. The finish is smooth but bitter with ending flavours of smoke and pine. The palate is bitter and very hoppy with the citrus lingering.

500ml bottle. Pours with very little head, but looks great with a hazy/murky honey colour. Aroma is great, with citrus and berry notes over top sweet malts. Taste does not disapoint, with a sweet grape, almost icewine-like, flavour followed by a nice mix of spices, lemon and a perfect bitter finish. A nice distinctive beer.

500 mL bottle. Pale orange-gold (bronze?) in colour, and a little hazy. Just a film of head. Lovely fresh, hop-filled aroma - floral and spicy. The first impression is of the light carbonation and freshness. The taste is mild, leaning more toward the bitter citrus hops than the mildly sweet malt. The finish comes in two parts: first a spicy sweetness, then a lingering (but pleasant) bitterness. Medium to light body. Very sessionable.
