Commercial Description:
The filtered bottle version of the 3.8% cask ale.
Note: This is not the beer that won Supreme Champion in 2003.
"Bottled with approximately 1/3rd less Carbon Dioxide than most beers. This results in a fresher more natural tasting beer. Combines Hallertau Hersbrücker with Challenger. Late hopped with Styrian Goldings, which gives a sharpness like the twist of a lemon."

Bottle. Pours a clear gold with an average size mostly-lasting white head and decent lacing. Aroma of spices, a variety of hops, bread and some mild sweetness. Somewhat refreshing, yet slightly watery flavour of spices, hops, citrus, caramel malt and a light bitter finish. Average bodied. Easy to drink, it’s probably better on tap but as is it’s decent enough.

Bottle from Sainsbury’s, pours golden with a soon to go fluffy white head. Strong aroma of lemon citrus and hops. In the mouth there is a lovely dose of fruitiness and hops, dry texture, very smooth and a nice long finish

500ml bottle. Pours a reasonably carbonated golden with a small head. Both the aroma and the flavour are a lovely mix of hops and citrus, orange peel in particular coming through. The palate is light and refreshing. A good summer pint :-)

Clear golden with a small disappearing head. Aroma is lemon-pine, honey and bitter herbs. Flavor is a delicate balance of bitter herbs with pine resin and a nice malty body underneath. Palate is smooth, light-medium bodied and slightly tingly.

Bottle @ Cockney Pub, Aarhus. Pours a very pale yellow with a medium foamy white head. Aroma is mild with a good dose of flowery hoppyness. Round and surprisingly full mouthfeel (compared to the ABV). Flavour is well bitter with a good malty caramel base - there is some surprising chocolate hidden in there as well...?

500ml Bottle. The aroma is full of citrus fruits, especially orange. Poured a lovely amber colour with a white head. This beer has plenty of fruit and hops. A very good beer

Pours a clear amber with a white head. Aroma is lightly hoppy and malty. Initial flavor is moderately malty with some light bitterness, finishing bitter. Palate is light and dry. Overall, a good ale.

500ml Bottle. Aroma of citrus fruits, especially orange. Pours a fine amber with white head. Fruity, hoppy, with overtones of orange peel. Has a pleasant bitterness. No sweetness coming through. Dry and crisp on the palate. A good choice for a lovely summer day - serve chilled.
