Jun 6, 2005 Bottle. Pours a translucent gold with small white bubbles around the rim. Nose is flowery hops, citrus fruits, tea leaves, and light malt. Taste is surprisingly flavorful! Bitter flowery hops, light tea leaves, citrus fruit, light creamy maltiness and some light herbal notes. Body is slightly creamy and smooth with minimal carbonation. Finsihes with more flowery and citrusy notes, creamy malts, light tea notes and light spice.

May 16, 2005 Bottle from Sainsburys. Not as good as the draught, obviously but a very good bottled version. Zesty citrus hop aroma aroma, mouthfeel not bad considering the carbonation. Good long bitter finish.

May 11, 2005 Bottle from Sainsburys, Selly Oak, Birmingham. Lemon drizzle cake aroma. Big, soft head. Very fresh and clean lemon, orchardy citric flavour. Nice, crisp hops on a slight leather malt base. Very good balance. Not the biggest in terms of agression or crunchy hops, but a very proficient Golden and rightly revered.
