Commercial Description:
The filtered bottle version of the 3.8% cask ale.
Note: This is not the beer that won Supreme Champion in 2003.
"Bottled with approximately 1/3rd less Carbon Dioxide than most beers. This results in a fresher more natural tasting beer. Combines Hallertau Hersbrücker with Challenger. Late hopped with Styrian Goldings, which gives a sharpness like the twist of a lemon."

A dark orange beer with a thick dense off-white head. The aroma is fresh with a lovely note of hops, making it very fresh. The flavor is fresh with a nice crisp malt accent on which is a nice hoppyness giving it slight hints of grass and lemon. Very refreshing.

(Bottle 50 cl) Very pale golden, with a small head. Rather low in carbonation. Very delicate and spicy hop character from no less than 4 hop varieties. Very refined and lovely. 040803

Bottled. Golden colour with small white bubbly head. Hoppy and flowery nose with weak hints of malt. Flavour is bitterish but a bit weak to what I waited it would be. Some notes of citrus can also be found. Mouthdrying beer, but it lacks aftertaste almost completely. Nice palate.

Earthy, light hop, followed by a firm maltiness and some cocoa notes. Robust bitterness, slightly orangey notes. Great unfolding flavours.
