bottle. Well, this is like tasting lemon dish soap if you ask me. The flavours of lemon here are uncanny. This beer slowly grew on me (but doesn’t most?) the more I ate my nuts and bolts. The 4.2% is nice and light. It is almost too sharp and sour taste both on mouthfeel and finish to say anything that good. If you want some lemon beer, try this. I will give it credit for pulling off the lemon flavour. Why are the Scottish so hard on themselves that they want their beer to taste so sharp?

Dec 15, 2009 Bottle. Clear golden with a medium white head. Aroma is grassy hoppy and quite fruity. The flavour is bitter, hoppy, grassy and citric. Some caramel and fruit. Lovely IPA like golden ale.

Dec 12, 2009 Clear golden colored brew. Aroma of european hops, citrus. Flavor is hoppy, citrus, lemon, cripsy bitterness in the end.

Nov 19, 2009 500ml bottle from SAQ. Pours clear yellow witha small head. Nose is very malty and quite citrusy. Note of hops. Carbonation is really soft. Taste is lightly hoppy and quite malty. Finish is not very bitter. Highly drinkable and very refreshing. Very clean and rather crisp. A bit watery however.

Nov 19, 2009 Pours golden yellow with no top at all. Very light aroma with some bitterness. The actual flavor is very light too but the finish is strong with some bitterness and hops. Not my kind of beer although many seem to like it.

Nov 16, 2009 Bottle into a pint glass. Pours like clear apple juice with basically no head. The aroma is a hint of skunk and a touch of apples and nice grassy hops. The flavor is mostly grain, a bit dry, and some sweetness. It’s rather light and clean.

The aroma is light sweet malt

Nov 6, 2009 500ml bottle. Clean and crisp with a well formed tight white head and deep amber colour. Aromas of lemon rind with a coriander backdrop. Spicy, dirty flavour that is crisp on the palate and a little bit different.
