The flavours of lemon here are uncanny. This beer slowly grew on me (but doesn’t most?) the more I ate my nuts and bolts. The 4.2% is nice and light. It is almost too sharp and sour taste both on mouthfeel and finish to say anything that good. If you want some lemon beer, try this. I will give it credit for pulling off the lemon flavour. Why are the Scottish so hard on themselves that they want their beer to taste so sharp?
