A golden summer ale full of tropical fruits, both in aroma and palate. A bit on the sweet side.

Light fruity hops, notes of ozone and grapefruit. Good malty sweetness, bit of sugar. Light amber clear with foamy white lacing head. Medium body with medium carbonation, very palatable. Starts with medium bitterness and a bit of acidity. Nice hops bite and some malty character. Finish is bitter with grassy malt notes. After is medium-strong bitter with no sweetness. Dry, chalky afterfeel, but pleasant.

Quality beer, maybe with too much hop flavour to be a bitter or a blonde, more of a best bitter in my book. An intense hop nose with citrus and blackberries, then a massive punch of bitterness in the flavour - loads of hops have been used but with balancing maltiness. The aftertaste is bitter, citrussy, hop flowery and also has biscuity malt present. A very tasty, excellent quality brew. (cask in Royal Oak, Wigan)

[Cask conditioned] A truly refreshing beer. That might be the reason it became the champion at GBBF03 when it was 100 degrees outside. Very hoppy with spicy notes and notes of bubble gum.

Clear golden and still, except with a 50% head, which is pretty. This has the aroma of celery which stuck around. The flavor is similarly like a fresh salad ... green and crisp, light and fruity. This would be an AWESOME summertime beer. God, I love beer..

Very clear amber. Finger of white foam. Excellent lacing. Aroma of caramel, honey, orange & some twiggy, spicy hops. Also some mild phenols. Medium body w/ some resiny stickiness. Flavour is malty & fruity w/ some marmalade notes. Finish is earthy & long--growing slowly in intensity. Very well balanced beer.
