Jan 19, 2006 (Cask@Pikkulintu, Helsinki) Slightly hazy nut brown color with a tiny, but persistent and lacy head. Nutty, aromatic-hoppy aroma. Sweetish, aromatic-hoppy flavor with a dry, slightly acidic finish. Medium-bodied, smooth-carbonated palate. A pleasant surprise for a 4.1% cask, but still quite a basic brew overall.

Golden amber coloured with some citrus fruit present. Some dryness in the bitter finish which lasts.

Sep 13, 2005 Cask (gravity dispense), Chelmsford Beer Festival, July 2005. Attractive orange/amber colour. Fairly hoppy, as the lighter Harviestoun beers tend to be. Grassy and herbaceous rather than flowery. Citric, but with noticeable gooseberry character - reminiscent of a Sauvignon Blanc flavour. Mouthfeel is dry and a bit chalky/minerally. Clean and fresh, but not overloaded with flavour.
