This unusually spelled bitter has a deep gold, almost amber colour. The aroma is fruity and hoppy. American hops are definitely noticeable in the taste whose predominant flavour is grapefruit. Perfumey chlorophyll and citrus snout packed with tomato leaf, spliff and grapefruit. Wow. Enough sweaty hop resins to take your head off. Haven’t been able to taste because of The Fever, but I can taste this one alright. Perfumey American A/IPA-like citrussy hops in the mouth ripe with grapefruit, mandarin and huge hop bitterness. Creamy vanilla malt, oats, Dry Roasted and Twiglet rounding things off. Merciless, aromatic and superb. A better beer in JDW or Nuneaton you will not find. harrisoni (6830), Ashford, Kent, England
