Pint pulled at The George in London Bridge, a golden amber with a thick and creamy medium-sized head. Aroma is a strong bouquet of citrus hops. The front of the mouth is hit with a very nice taste of fruits, but there is maybe too much bitterness from the hops.

(Cask at Market Porter, Borough, London, 31 July) Colour is pale amber with frothy head. Nose is fruity with grapefruit, lemon and a distinct citrussy hop aroma. Taste is fruity with grapefruit and lemon, seriously hoppy with a slightly soapy character. Long, hoppy finish. Rather single-tracked and not really complex, but a hop heads delight. Excellent!

Cask. Amber colour, little head. Grapefruit/lemon citrus hops. Taste to match - crisp, very hoppy and refreshing. Very nice, but a bit of a one-trick pony.

Handpulled cask at JDW Hatch End, Harrow. Pale amber with a decent white head that left plenty of lacing. Citrus hop aroma with a touch of summer fruit. Flavour had some grapefruit, elderflowers and a decent dry finish.

Orange/golden beer with a citrus and hopped aroma. The flavour has a slight citric bitterness with a dry finish. Overall a genuinely good beer.
