Commercial Description:
This beer is noted for its light, fine flavor. It is a soft ale brewed with a lightly fruity palate and a dry, hoppy finish. A light, refreshing Colorado-brewed beer. in the tradition of Koln, Germany.

Pale orange color--small, but nice white head. Light fruity, semi-sweet aroma. Flavor is same with slightly bitter finish to add to crispness. Would like a little more of a robust flavor, and more maltiness.

Light golden with a thin whispy head. Light malt and corn aroma. Very light bodied. Dry finish. Way to light for style but not a bad refreshing beer.

fairly hoppy, and a flavor quite typical of Berger’s ales.

Clean and refreshing with a malty finish. Golden color. German yeast creates a real ’yeasty’ flavor, similar to many Belgian ales. This is not a bad, light Kolsch.
