A delightful beer. Suprisingly smooth. Good for the last drink of the night.

A great Red Ale. A strong hop taste, and a bit nutty. A little dark looking but oh well.

Seems to me like all of the H.C. bergers taste similar. However, This red one is a little bit better. Its strong point would be its palate.

ick. could hardly finish this. it was red. it was tart. I am begining to believe that all ’red’ ales have the same chalky on the roof of my mouth aftertaste. this one did as well as a tart funk that didn’t want to leave. just not good

Nice deep red color. Roasted malt and nutty flavors with a slightly hoppy finish. Low carbonation. Very smooth. A good choice.
