Dec 3, 2007 Ruby-black with a slightly dark head. Aroma of roasted malt. Flavor is sweet malt, chocolate, some cherry. A pretty good black brew for ribs or wings.

Jan 10, 2007 Draft. The beer looked and smelled great but it had a very thin taste. For schwarzbier I would put it in the standard category with something like Kostriker.
