Nov 30, 2009 Draft at the midtown location. Dark brown with a beige head. Lightly sweet aroma with some roasty notes. The flavor is roasty as well, with a light caramel sweetness. Pretty good.

Dec 28, 2008 pint on tap at the Radio City location. Mildly opaque dark brown appearance, tan head. Aroma was light and of coffee and chocolate. Taste was kind of flat but noticed more chocolate above anything else. Minimal hop character. Palate was very average- not disappointing but not a very full body and tasted kind of watered down. Overall decent brew and an average schwarzbier.
