Commercial Description:
Pleasant biscuit malt aromas combine with English Noble hops and Orange Pekoe tea, resulting in a fresh, satisfying brew. Served on ice with a lemon.

On tap at Heartland South St Seaport (best goddamn place in the world). Thi si served either on ice (I kn ow) or straight) On ice is better. The tea flavors come out more. On ice, the color is a tea colored amber, the aeroma is sweet and malty, and the taste has a tea like flavor. Not good, but not bad.

On tap at the Union Square location on 9/15/07: Clear pale copper color with a thin ring of white head. Aroma of lightly sweet pale malt with a hint of orange. Body starts somewhat thin with notes of tea leaves and some orange toward a mildly bitter, earthy finish. An interesting and drinkable brew, but not much else.

Union Square location. Poured a slightly hazed copper color. The aroma and flavor was very light caramel and toast. Very light mouthfeel. Kind of bland.

My first though was, WTF is this? Served on ice with a lemon wedge... gimmicky as crap. Thin malt aroma, light orange. Flavour is thin and watery, ice cold (no surprise) and a bit of tannic astringency. Muted malts. Lame concept... lame beer.
