Jun 29, 2008 A Sim rate (tap at Heartland Brewery, Union Square): Nothing weissy about the aroma. Apricot and sugar. Cloudy, weissy appearance. Flavour of sugar, slight apricot and sherbert. Love the sherbert in these Heartland beers. It’s got a nice alcoholic hit in the finish.

May 27, 2008 Part of a Seasonal Sampler at the Chophouse location. Hazy yellow color with white head. Aroma is malty and yeasty. Flavor is the same and buttery. Light body.

Apr 12, 2008 5 oz sampler, draught at Union Square. Not a very impressive wheat ale. The low bitterness took away from the character and drinking this beer was much like drinking a citrus fruit juice. This was my least favorite beer in the 6 beer sampler.
