the b in boris must stand for something better than that, ill have to knock it down a peg or two now. Very thick black color. very mild coffee tones. flavor is really deep and starts like really bitter chocolates that surrender to smooth mild coffee.

Thick black pour. I hope Im not turning into BeerCellar2, but I got diacytl on this. :/ Anyway the aroma was malty sweet, sugary molasses and chocolate, and butterscotch. Aside from the butterscotch in the flavor, there was also roasted chocolate and coffee. Very full body.

Pours with a black body topped by a medium thick head with lots of lacing. The aroma is slightly sweet and malty with a slight licorice note and a touch of roasted coffee. The flavor is sweet and malty with a great roasty chocolate note and a touch of coffee. Full bodied and smooth.

Pours an opaque, darkest brown color, nmo head. Aroma of molasses, brown sugar, and something else I’m not getting. Flavor is sweet and malty, caramel, grass, chocolate, vegetables. Weird I know? I wasnt even eating veggies when I rated this. Mm.....

A pitch black appearance with a tan head. This one was very sweet with some chocolate covered cherry flavors. Some milk chocolate and raisins are present also. It had a slightly sour aftertaste.

Black, thin tan head. Smells like liquorish and dark chocolate. Kind of an Oreo Cookie flavor up front, with some musty notes of mushroom (?), pine and then a fruity (cherry) sweet finish.

Deep brown-black hue with a tan, creamy head. Lots of butterscotch, chocolate, raisins and anise. Heavily sweet flavor becomes a heavily sweet, lightly acidic finish. Medium-full body, oily/velvety texture, moderate carbonation. The bottom line is: a very fine mix of chocolate and dark fruits throughout.

smells like sweat. tastes good though, like a mochaccino. strong alcohol flavors. roasted and smoked and a body so smooth it competes with SI swimsuit edition. ha. i love readingthe ratings from the end of the evening
