Nov 28, 2003 Yeasty aroma, brick red color, thin head. Had a malt (extract) flavor and 7.5% alcohol was hidden well. From what I understand this is a limited brew so I was happy to try it on draft.

Nov 22, 2003 Dark mahogany color with a small off white head with no lacing. Aroma of hops, and sweet malt. Taste started off malty, then dark fruity, caramel roasted malts and followed up with alcohol. This was not a bad Scottish ale!

Nov 13, 2003 Nice reddish brown color. Sweet and slightly fruity aroma. Chewey malt, somewhat double-bock like. Slightly smokey notes in the background throughout flavor and aroma. Very low hop perception and very smooth palate. Top notch beer.
