Commercial Description:
Cinderbock is a bock-style beer brewed with German smoked and munich malts. It's fermented with a classic Bavarian lager yeast and cold-conditioned for five weeks. The result is a malty, clean tasting lager laced with smoke and intrigue.

Re-Rate......Pours out an orange hued amber color with a large bubbly head. It has a smoky malt flavor with notes of alcohol. A nice balanced beer from a great brewery...NJ Pride!

Deep armber/orange color, with a large head and lots of carbonation. Aroma is modtly smoke. Taste is also mostly smoke, with some sweet malt as well. Interesting, but not exactly my style...

Cloudy orange with a wispy white head.Fast rising, livey carbonation. Strange bacon-like aroma. This was also in the taste, something like smoked ham. It did offer a dry, toasty finish but left a funky hamhock aftertaste that I didn’t much care for. I suppose this would be great for soaking bratwurst.

Quite foamy, almost burst out of the glass before calming itself down. Hazy peach-orange body. Good nose, lightly smoky, peaty, bit grassy as well. Good malts in flavor, sweetness mixed with definite smoke character. Bit of berry as well as a fruit undertone. A bit astringent at the end. Not a great smoked beer, but it’s good to see people trying the smoked style. Still pretty darn good.

Foamy off-white head on a hazy orange body. Cool label! Smokey aroma, like smoked mackerel (!). Flavor is malty and smokey with hops and a little fruit. Foamy mouthfull.

Very middle of the road brew. I am not a lager fan. This has a bit of smokieness to it and a higher alcohol content, and that is the best thing about it.

Hazy orange color with a huge frothy off-white head. Smoked meat aroma. Smoked ham, malt, cinnamon, clove and hops flavors. Pretty thick feel with a slightly dry finish.

Cloudy, almost opaque, burnt orange color with a massive, way too big, filled the whole glass frothy tan head. The aroma and flavor were full of smoke, wood, caramel, cinammon, and slight alcohol. The aftertaste was an interesting mix of smoke and cinammon. Heavy, crisp feel...semi-dry finish. Again, thanks to Willblake for this one.
