May 3, 2008 Bottle. A amber beer with a off-white head. The aroma is of caramel malt, floral hops and light alcoholic. The taste is light sweet dry and of caramel malt, floral, citric. Medium body with a dry hoppy finish.

Apr 30, 2008 Poured dark brown, tan head. Fruity nose--pomegranate? Flavor was big, malty, and fruity with some alcohol notes and a tart pomegranate undercurrent. Finish was quite bitter.

Apr 20, 2008 Darker amber pour with decent brown head. Roasted nutty nose with some brown sugar. Flavor is carameal and a lot of light toasted malt. Very sweet, and yes, you can tell this has a lot of alcohol from the warmth. Finish is clean with a touch of bitterness from the hops.

Apr 20, 2008 Bottled. An unclear golden beer with a thin off-white head. The aroma is sweet and totally dominated by over ripe fruit. The flavor is sweet wtih strong notes of fresh fruit as well as lots of hops, somewhat of a hop soup, leading to a dry bitter finish. The alcohol burns slightly in the top of the throat.

Apr 20, 2008 Blind tasting at Papsoes place, another great session, thanks Henrik! Beer #3: Pours hazy orange with a fully diminished white head. Orange and grapefruit aroma, light woody dry note. Flavour is sweet and light acidic. Sweet caramel malt and a mild liqourice hops note lurking through. Goes into a dry and light woody finish. A bit too sweet for my liking.
