Bottle. Pours a slightly hazy copper with a one finger lasting off-white head that leaves good lacing. Aroma of sweet malt, caramel, and a touch of floral & citrusy hops. Medium mouthfeel with a moderate amount of bitterness. Very good.

Sampled from a 12 oz brown bottle this beer poured a caramel-amber color with a small yellow-white head. The aroma was sweet, malty and nutty with light notes of caramel and vague fruits. The flavor was sweet, tangy, bitter and fruity with a undertone of nut and caramel in the malts. Seemed more of an amber ale than an APA to me. Not bad.

Bottle. Sweety malty aroma, with a hint of cascade (?) hops. Pours golden with a nice white head and very nice lacing. Taste is iniitally malt than settles into hops, with a nice finish. Not an really hoppy ale, but nice.

Holy Moses, pretty good offering. Slightly sweet to start and very hoppy dry finish. Bread like aroma. Don’t Passover this one.

Marginal offering, nice amber body thin white head, aroma was of mild honey malts and some hops. Flavor was light with malts and some hops, similar to aroma.

Hazy amber color with a small off white head. Mild aroma of malt, citrus and hops. Somewhat bland flavor. Moderately bitter. Astringent, dry finish.

Pours amber with a two-finger white head. Subtle but appetizing toffee-ish malt aroma. Very light grassy hop presence. The flavor follows along the same lines, but with a more defined citrusy, piney hoppiness. Incredibly creamy mouthfeel. Delightfully drinkable. Underrated.

I cracked this thing open, and I couldnt believe how much I liked it! I am very partial to brown ales, and this one is one of the best I’ve had...ever. Slightly sweet, medium bitterness, hoppy, refreshing. Not a high rating, and I’m not exactly sure why... But this one takes the cake.
