Bottle from Hi-Time Wine. Pours a medium amber color. Aroma is hoppy with some caramel qualities. Flavor is faily hoppy. A very heavy bready maltiness as well. Pretty enjoyable.

In the bottle from Beertopia. Pours a dark amber color with a thick ivory beige head. WOW! This is a delicious beer. Wildly underrated on this site! If 10:10 is supposed to be an amped up version of this, then it must be stupendous. I love the rich toasted caramel flavors mixed with big hop citrus tastes. An easy drinker. I’ve had lots of APA’s that seemed to have an off flavor or harshness to the bittering. This palate is smoothed around the edges with ample malt sweetness. I like!

The "beer with chutzpah" pours a medicore head and tastes like a grainy, grassy, thin, homebrewed pale ale. HeBrew Genesis Ale sures make a definitive statement about the power of advertising. Like the homebrew it tastes like, with a little more work, it could be good.

I’ll be honest, I bought it for the name. Great for Purim. Can’t think of any other reason to drink it.

Bottle. Very light aroma, malty with some caramel and a little spicy hoppiness. Flavor is pretty smooth, but basic. Some hoppiness, some caramel characters, some citrus/spice. Not a bad beer, but not that remarkable.

Amber with good, foamy beige head / Nose of malt and cooked fruit / Medium, bigger malt body with good, dry hops, and with good finish / Flavors of burnt sugar with cooked grapefruit / A solid ale.

Beautiful presentation in tall glass...reddish color with white foamy head. The first taste is moderate hop with some fruit, but aftertaste is very dry, which took away from the experience overall. Still, I liked this beer very much. It has a good inital flavor which leaves you wanting more.
