Spotted in the hilarious Schmaltz Brewery home website. Hazy reddish American pale ale having small diminishing white head with spare lacing. Soft carbonation. Nice aromas of sweet malt, toffee, and fruity esters. Medium bodied that starts dry with light sweet malt and fruitiness. Some sharpness noted. Finishes dry with light lingering hop bitterness. This is a very good drinkable session beer. Thanks Deb! Ayumbomb (63), Asheville, North Carolina, USA

Imagine a man chosen by Yahweh to keep the human race alive through his loins, only to be found by his son passed out on the floor of his tent butt-ass naked and wasted. Well, now that that’s out of the way, this stuff may be kosher for Noah and the tribe of Israel, but it sure tastes like shite to me! Congrats on the genisis HeBrew, but maybe it’s time to try what the noble Noah did, and start over. Lou18 (1353), West Paterson, New Jersey, USA

Smells alright, caramel and hops? Bad yeast? Like butter that’s been out too long. Really not great. Not great at all. And it’s bad. I just don’t care for this brewery. Nice amber pour with a big long-lasting off white head. Bready aroma. Strong sweet malt profile with a slight hop back. Nothing remarkable, but very drinkable nonetheless! Looks more like an amber than an APA. Not as hoppy as one would expect for a good APA. Very nice Amber. MIxed message here with the taste buds as well. Nice beer but not exceptional for either category.
