Feb 7, 2004 An amber beer with a fine beige head. The aroma is sweet malty with strong notes of caramel and fruit. The flavor is of roasted bread and caramel. It is very nicely hopped both aroma and bitter which gives it a lovely bitter end. A nice flavor.

Mar 17, 2005 (Bottle 35,5 cl) Amber, slightly hazy with a nice, creamy head. The different hops make this an excessively bitter hebrew. Apart from the hoppiness I believe this is lacking in character.

Aug 8, 2009 Bottled. Amber colour, small beige head. Aroma is toffee, grass and some quite mild sourish notes. Flavour is grass, some fruits, earth and quite interesting. Also a bit harsh ntoes.
