Dark brown with a small light brown head. The aroma is woody with notes of dark fruits, chocolate and molasses. The flavor is of dark fruits, molasses, and chocolate. The texture is syrupy. I love it…MY PEOPLE HAVE MADE YET ANOTHER CONTRIBUTION TO THE BETTERMENT OF HUMANITY!

Bottle. Miles better than Twelve, which is a mess. Pours thick with a large dark brown head and a deep brown body. Aroma of brown sugar, molasses, wood aged, maple, light yeast and pear and alcohol. Taste is big with dark and burnt malts, maple and molasses, dark fruit and candi sugar and some caramel. Very syrupy mouthfeel.

Aroma of chocolate and cherries. A brown/red pour with light tan head and lace. A flavor that is chocolate and a cherry cough syrup like flavor. The palate is about the same but I got just a tad of fizz. Overall a very damn tasty beer. A bit warm but that is something I like in a beer.

Very tasty brew. Pours black with wispy tan head. Heavy malt flavor, very balanced. Drinks very easy for an 11% beer. Coffee, choc and caramel very prevalent. Great brew!

Bottle bought at Perry’s Liquors in Livermore, CA. I have been wanting to try this brew for a while now... The pour- very dark brown, when held up to the light, it is not quite opaque. Nice tan colored head that dissipates somewhat quickly due to its alcohol content. (This was served at cellar temp, 57 degrees F) Bouquet- buttery, extreme malt. Palate- nice dark chocolate, some rye with a creaminess that hits the top of the palate, very raisiny. The finish- good smokiness, balanced with malt sweetness. L’Chaim!

12/12/2007: He’Brew Jewbelation Eleven (11th Anniversary Beer) pours a deep brown color (almost black) and has a tan head. The aroma includes dark malts, light chocolate, hint of rye dry and spice. The flavor includes rich caramelized malts, balanced bitterness, and a dry and staying finish. There is also deep, dark and aged fruits with some rich chocolate and coffee. This beer has a medium-full body and is really smooth nearly creamy. It is ridiculously drinkable and just slightly syrupy. This beer is so big that’s is almost an Imperial Porter or Stout. I love ie!

22 fl. oz. bottle (Brewed with 11 malts and 11 hops - 11% Alc.). Rating #258 for this beer...

Pours a dark brown with a slight red hue and a small tan head. Smell is malty but with a strong hop backbone. Some definite chocolate and a hint of some dark very ripe fruits. Flavor starts with some huge complex malts that feel layered upon one another. Very sweet, like some sort of sweet fruit bread. Some nice chocolate and molasses flavors through the finish. Serious roasted malts in the finish leaves a very pleasant roasted bitterness. Medium-full body. I was very pleasantly surprised with the balance of all of the malts and hops. Well done.
