Has a bit of a sweet sugary aroma. Decent sized mocha colored head on a coal black pour. Very full-bodied flavor with some nutty undertones. The hops come through in the tail end as well. Strange aftertaste of smoked oysters! Not unpleasant - just different. Enjoyed reading the bottle as well. - "Do not leave fresh beer in saddle bags of white donkeys. Store cold!"

Deep brown, close to black. Large dark tan head. Musty smell of coffee, malts, some roasted hop aroma, and chocolate. Light, carbonated coffee flavor and feel. Too carbonated, with an unsmooth finish that is far too thin.

After smelling the beer I was a little nervous. However the taste was great. The coffee flavor was strong but by n means to strong. The malt and the coffee seem to be well blended. Not the best stout, but it is a quality one.

Well this beer looked great, deep dark brown, with a nice medium sized brown head, mild roasted malt aroma. taste was of roasted malt and some coffee and kind of floral taste that just didn't fit really, incredibly thin for a stout, and overall quite disappointing.

Perfumed aroma. Completely black, bad head retention. Burned coffee aromas, which are comepletely overwhelmed by flowery hops. I am not too thrilled about the balance. Medium body and a aftertaste which slowly turns into something soapy and nauseating.

Like this brew I most certianly did not. Strange aroma, very strange with some type of coffeeish malt thing going on. Has nearly the same malty coffee flavor with some type of strange twist. I was not picking up on this beer, it seemed to have a really organic feel to it.

Again, a great looking bottle, however this time the beer backs it up. Dark, dark color and a small head. Nice aroma some chocolate and coffe present. Good flavor with a feel that is present in most stouts. Very nice indeed.

pours like oil, zero head. A nice little stout flavor. No taste sticks out, but they all blend well.
