The aroma is sweet malty with notes of berries and fruit, and so is the flavor, though combined with light notes of alcohol and cocoa. The finish is dry. Thanks Papsoe for sharing. Clear, warm, dark brown with a reddish hue and a small, beige head. Lightly sweetish aroma of malt and fruit. Medium body with fruity touches and lightly burned, chocolatey malt accents. Perhaps a little marzipan also. Rather discreet bitterness in the finish. 171107 fiulijn (7420), Como; Lausanne (CH); Malmö (SWE), Italy

Pours very dark with a small, lasting, beige head. Translucent ruby when held up to bright light. The nose is malty with notes of roasted nuts, light smoke, mild molasses, wood, Russian black bread and floral hops. The flavor pretty much matches the aroma. Full-bodied and very creamy with medium carbonation. Moderately bitter, grassy finish.
