Clear, amber body. Missing head. Floral smell. Fruity taste with a touch of salty water. Dry and smooth in the mouth – almost like old books, but quite easy to drink 24.10.2008. kmacphail (37), Isle of Lewis, Scotland
| 3.5 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 4/5 | 7/10 | 3/5 | 14/20 | Jul 14, 2008 I was served this fruity summer ale in the An Lanntair Art Gallery in Stornoway where it is a permanent fixture. The beer poured a slightly hazy golden colour with a thick white head that showed excellent retention, surviving the duration of the pint. The nose was hops with some light floral notes and a hint of citrus fruits. These continued through to the taste. A great summer beer, not sure I would drink it all the year round: a bit too light for my taste. cgarvieuk (4222), Edinburgh, Scotland

| 2.5 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 5/10 | 3/5 | 5/10 | 2/5 | 10/20 | Mar 26, 2006 Cask conditioned at Coventry Beer Festival. Pale gold, no head. One of the most perfumed beers I have tasted, like drinking Eau de Cologne, and I’m not talking Kolsch. Some beer character gets through in a malty sort of way, but this is better suited as a gift for Mothers Day. I think I’ll dab some behind my ears. Magicdave6 (5558), London, Greater London, England
