Dec 24, 2006 [Cask from The Three judges] Ripe apples, rum, ginger and a faint Oloroso-seco sherry note. Ful body, some sweetness and a spicey finish. A touch on the sweet side for me, I prefer the dryer ciders, but this is still excellent.
