Hecks Hangdown Cider

Cask in the three judges. Aroma is appley, vinigar, alcohol and age. Taste is ripe juicy apples, again alchol is clear but perhaps tones down the sweetness an maks it very very drinkable.

[Tap at The Three Judges] Great leathery, woody aroma with notes of fresh apples, some acidity and some earthyness, background notes of rum soaked apples. Smooth body, baked apple pie comes out on the palate with more earthy notes and a little more rum. alcohol is well hidden, long dry finish with a good dose of tartness. Lots of character, great cider.
