An unclear golden cider with no head. The aroma is sweet with primary notes of apples, but also light notes of plums and rum. The flavor is sweet apply with strong notes of wood and medium notes of plums and rum, leading to a very dry and woody finish.

Cloudy yellow with a small white head. Apple juice, some wood and some dark sugar aroma. Sweet and fruity, with a dry finish.
