Commercial Description:
When we set out to produce a sparkling Orange Blossom mead it was with the intention of capturing as much of the Orange Blossom essence -- that rich, almost tropical, floral aroma that one experiences when driving by an Orange Grove during spring bloom -- as humanly possible. We're ecstatic about the results. The varietal is effortless to enjoy yet offers plenty of complex floral orange depth to contemplate. White straw in color, bright, dry and clean. Food Pairing Serve with any dish that accommodates a refreshing chilled wine with floral/citrus notes, such as fresh fruits, salads...perhaps even a ceviche!

0.75 l bottle at Akkurat, Stockholm. Thanks tbone_ and oh6gdx! Yellow color. Bittersweet honeyish and vinous aroma with herbal notes. Slightly sparkling, warming and sweet white wine like on the palate with honeyish and slightly phenolic flavor.

Flowery & perfumy with a prominant tangerine, peach and coconut aroma. The body is light, much like champagne with a very odd cloying sweetness. It is strange to have such a sweet flavor with such a dry finish. Slight passion fruit and orange in the flavor, but this is a bottle meant to be shared...with like 6 friends! Interesting, but not something I would order a second glass of in the same sitting.

Corked bottle, Stockholm Beer Festival 2007 afterfestival at Akkurat
Hazy light blond color. Original aroma, very flowery, like a mountain field in spring. The mouthfeel is quite dry, despite the sweetness, a bit acidic. Interesting, but not exceptional.
