(Bottle, Stockholm Beer Festival, 27 Sep 2008) Pale yellow colour with brief, white head. Sparkling. Fruity, sweaty nose with herbs and old socks. Odd aromas. Fruity, tart taste with notes of grass, green apples and honey. Medium body. Balanced sweetness. Rather weird mead, but still drinkable.

(Bottle 75 cl) Clear golden with no head. Tart and spicy nose. Medium body with a vague carbonation. Sweet honey and flower notes with a discreet acidity. Pleasant alright. 200908

Clear golden with no head. Sweet aroma with notes of honey and flowers. Sweet flaqvour with opverripe fruits, honey and caramel notes. Ends sweet with warming alcohol notes.

Clear yellow with champagne bubbles and a fizzy head. Sage, orange, and honey aroma and taste. A damn fine mead.

Bottle at Akkurat. Clear light yellow/watery - no head. Nice flowery, sweetness, light honey, white sugar, sparkling. A flowery aroma slowly appeares in the finish.
