Commercial Description: Our latest batch of this varietal differs significantly from the previous one; it is dryer (like a brut champagne), and the sweet floral aromas have become subordinate to assertive herbal notes like chamomille and goldenseal, reminiscent of high alpine meadows.
Food Pairing: Chilled honeydew melon, green grapes and prosciutto, perhaps a little chevre, too.
