The head dies away rapidly to just a scattered film. No lacing at all. Mild sweet aroma that surprised me with a little bit of hopping.
Sweetish flavor - a little grapey, with a barely preceptible honey taste. It doesn’t exactly taste artificial, but then again it reminds me somewhat a of a malt liquor. Mild hops are found in the finish and into the aftertaste. Light body with very sparkly carbonation. I like that carbonation. KDorgan12 (169), Memphis, Tennessee, USA

CHEAP. a good bar beer if you can’t taste or smell anything anyway. DJC (238), USA
| 2.1 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 3/10 | 3/5 | 4/10 | 3/5 | 8/20 | Dec 15, 2006 Pale yellow body, and a quickly diminishing head. Very subtle, bready aroma. Flavor is pretty well balanced, but I seem to detect a bit more malt than hop flavor. Quick finish, and hardly an aftertaste. Carbonation isn’t too bad, but I think I’d prefer it to be a little livelier. I enjoy this beer alot. I mean for $6 Pitchers whats NOT to love. I get this in dive bars, no other place will do (unless you want a $4.89 six pack to yourself) Its got a good feel about it. Its not for savoring but sitting around with your buddys to drink. Its color is yellowish..its highly carbonated. taste is refreashing, like water and corn and maybe ..bread? its old its american and its good if you dont want an aftertaste. Nothing much to the aroma or the flavor. It tastes pretty good, all things considered and it goes down pretty nice for a college drinking macro. lovemyipas (420), sw burbs, Illinois, USA

24 oz can
Recent brewing, new styled 10/06
Medium 1oz pour in a shot glass, then slugged down from the can.
Poured light straw with a fizzy quickly diminishing white head.
Smelt of sweet corn.
Taste was upfront moderate sweet corn and white bread followed by a light perfumey hops and bitter hay with a light sweet gelatin and grainy average length finish. Mouthfeel was light bodied, watery, fizzy, with a light metallic feel.
Overall, an ok pale lager, but the light taste and metallic feel holds it back.
