Bright golden color with 4 inches of pure, white head that settles to 2" then a thin film after 2 minutes. Smells like a lot of malt and hops and some heavy grains. Sweet, flavorful, light, golden yellow, translucent color. Great skunky hoppy flavor for a pilsener. Just amazing how much better it tastes out to the can than the bottle or a keg. One of the best choices. Tastes is really bitter and skunky. Body is medium light and has a good bite. Finish is sweet and bitter.

Oct 7, 2008 I used to be a big heineken drinker but no more. The main reason is I’m fairly sure that this beer is brewed with nyquil. I can never recall a time where I had a great night drinking heinekens, just getting tired after 2 and feeling generally bad. I suppose this isn’t a knock on the taste and what not but when you associate a beer with sleepy boring nights somethings up

Oct 7, 2008 Pale in color with a thin head with aromas on the grassy/herbal/earthy/skunky side. The palate was dry and bitter. Fine at a baseball game.

Oct 5, 2008 Not a bad Euro-macro, not much to it, a bit bitter, sweet and skunky (no taste difference whether from their mini-keg that’s mostly foam, or bottle, or can). Lots of fizz, nice golden color, a great beer for if you’re on a weekend bender, plus most of the time cheaper than some of the domestic beers. Cheers.
