Commercial Description:
Hefe Weisse - Our Hefe is Henryk’s favorite summertime beer and the subject of Henryk’s “Thesis” back in his old “Brew Master” College days. Today, Hefe Weisse is one of the fastest growing beers in Germany. This fresh beer has a golden color, a banana and clove taste, unfiltered, with natural brewers yeast (vitamin B) which makes this beer very refreshing on a hot summer day. (June, July & August)

12oz bottle-pours a foamy white head and slightly hazy gold color. Aroma is spice-pepper/coriander, grainy. Taste is medium malt-bready/grainy, hops, spice-pepper/coriander. Crisp.

Pours gold with a decent white head. Smells of wheat, bubblegum, lemons. Tastes of wheat, cloves, some nice citrussy hints and light pepper.

Hazy orange/yellow with little head. Has a yeasty, tart wheat almost sour smell. Taste is pretty much the same; grainy, bready yeast and tart wheat. Reminds me of a batch of homebrew a friend and i cooked up a very long time ago. 4247
