Jul 17, 2007 on tap-pours a white head and gold color. Aroma is clean, wheat. Taste is clean, wheat, citrus and slightly tart, no banana or clove.

Sep 3, 2007 Tap from brewery. Nice wheat malt aroma with hints of bubblegum and peach. Clear golden yellow color with nice big head initially. Wheat malt flavor up front with a slight hint of peach/apple in the middle and a moderately hoppy finish. Kind of like a Am Wheat/Kristallweizen hybrid. Not overpwering but a very nice beer.

Mar 6, 2009 Samped on draft at the brewery. Pours a hazy pale yellow with a medium head. Decent retention and lacing. Aroma of yeast, bread and citrus. Taste is very similar. Tart and dry. Medium bodied.

Nov 1, 2009 Golden yellow whitish cover. Aroma is wheaty, lemon, light spice. Taste is tart, soured wheat, lemony.

Aug 24, 2006 Draught at Stoney’s. Pours a medium gold with a firm white head. The aroma is of crisp wheat and smooth caramel. The flavor hints at apples, faint fresh wheat, vague corn, a touch of honey. It’s refreshing and crisp with no real off-flavors. American wheats just aren’t the most satisfying brews to me.
