scooter_bub (163), Lander, Wyoming, USA Jun 26, 2008 Bottle. Pours a golden-yellow with a decent white head that clings to the glass. The aroma and taste is mostly of malts and hops. Has a slightly dry finish. Aside from being an inexpensive beer, it is rather easy to drink, crisp, smooth and is fairly refreshing. I don’t mind buying this every now and then.
marcus (966), Sacramento, California, USA Aug 8, 2008 This clear golden beer poured with a thin white head and a thin hoppy aroma. It is a very plain ale with light hopping and a decent malt base. BeerFanDan17 (359), Land O Lakes, Florida, USA Jul 30, 2008 Not too bad for an American Pale Ale. Flavors were smooth and crisp. Certainly not out of this world. No distinct flavor on the palate. Tried in Camas, WA, in the bottle. cheapdark (1547), Monacatootha, Pennsylvania, USA Jul 17, 2008 At first, the olfactory is a little acrid on the twist off but that clears to a nice sweet beery smell once poured. Color is just a tad more orange than the ubiquitous pale yellow beer. A little bite on the first taste bud impact but it mellows as the session goes on. Finish is rather gentle, almost like a lager. Not bad. Perhaps even sessionable with it’s lower alky level. I usually don’t care much for APA, but this is not offensive to say the least. Big thanks goes out to riversideAK for a chance to rate this not so local brew! HoppyGuy (92), USA Jul 7, 2008 Bottle. Pours a clear gold color with a thin white head. Light hoppy aroma; a bit skunky. Weak and thin taste with very little character. Pretty boring. littlecarp (128), Redding, California, USA Jun 29, 2008 Citrus flavor with slight chemical aroma. Lively on the tongue. Finish is grainy malt with some tinny notes.
