Luminous salmon-amber brew with a fluffy off-white head and highly carbonated body. Nose of coriander, sweet melanoidin malt, and muted hops. Touches of bubblegum. Flavor profile is an awkward, bland melding of coriander, nutmeg and malt along with tannic bitterness and an off-key grainy sourness.

Decent taste, but weak overall. Mild spices, mostly cinnamon, with some caramel malt. Peppery, fizzy finish. Lightly sweet. A little watery.

Appropriate for Christmas Day this poured from the 16.9 oz brown bottle a clear light amber color with a good sized off-white head that left very little lacig. The nose is of light fruits and some spices. Medium body and a smooth mouthfeel. The flavor is strongly of caramel malts with some light bitterness with some fruit. Long bitter finish. Good Christmas beer.

Pleasant, floral aroma. Amber-brass pour. The label is nothing special. Malty, marzen-like flavor. Not too spicy, but some interesting flavor notes along the palate - lemon, apple, a hint of nutmeg. Good.

Thin head which dissipates quickly. Light carbonation. Sweet malty aroma with some decaying hay, toffee and a bit of butter. Color is a clear copper. Sweet flavor with a bit of roastyness, some caramel, more butter and some cereal grains. Light alcohol presence. Finishes sweet and smooth with a hint of dry bitterness at the end. An ok brew.

500 ml. Clear orange-amber with a lasting topping of thin cream. Aroma is caramel apple with hints of spice. Flavor is sourish apple plus the bitter-pithy core, lightly dusted with earthy spices. Maybe some slight orange as well. Light-medium body is lightly tingly and finishes woody-dry.

Sampled from a 16.9 oz brown bottle this beer poured a rich caramel amber color with a medium sized beige head that faded quickly. The aroma was lightly fruity and had a touch of faint dry spices. The flavor was tart and bitter with a strong notes of apple, pear and vinegar and a touch of vague dry spices and caramel. The finish was long, tart apple and caramel. Medium body. Decent.
