Skyview (2800), Papoose Jct., Minnesota, USA May 10, 2008 On draught at the brewpub in Wausau, Wisconsin. Pours a clear golden copper brew with a fast dissolving white head that quickly dissipates to a very thin white ring and no lacing. Aroma of dry roasted Munich malt, some cotton candy, caramel and a touch of white pepper. Taste is medium bodied, light carbonation with flavors of dry caramel malt, more malty than any bitterness with a touch of sweet sugar. Finish is slightly dry with a light green tea and caramel aftertaste the slowly disappears. BDR (1864), Roseville, Minnesota, USA May 9, 2008 Light brown color with faint brown head. Light caramel & grain aroma. Roasted malt body with a faint caramel sweetness. Satisfying.
