A mild Scotch ale, ours is a fall-to-spring specialty beer. It has a malty flavor and aroma and low hop content. Give it a try if you like a sweet maltiness.

Sampled on draft at the Cranberry Twp PA location this beer poured a medium amber color with a small white head. The aroma is sweet and malty with a hint of fruit. The flavor is sweet and nutty with a hint of molasses and ripe fruits. The flavor is reasonably pleasant but a bit faint. Very smooth though.
