In the Herning Brewpub. It’s red-brown/copper with a creamy head. The aroma has notes of malt, syrup and a light touch of fruits. The flavour has sweetness and notes of roasted malt, candy sugar, syrup, light fruit, light citrus and a light bitterness in the finish. It’s uncomplicated and pleasant to drink.

On tap at Sct. Clemens as Sct. Clemens Ale. Served an unclear, amber body with with a dense, medium-sized off-white head. A bit papery on the nose, but mostly fruity and caramelly. Caramel, sugar, malt and fruityness in the mouth, some bitterness. Medium to full body and a sweet finish with some bitterness and fruityness. Quite sweet, drinkable beer that didn’t impress. Draught at Garibaldi, restaurent across the square from Bryggeriet Herning. Creamy off-white good mostly lasting head. Dark amber colour. Moderate malty and hoppy aroma. Light soapy. Moedrate bitter flavor with nice chocolate and caramellic notes. Average finish. Oily palate. Boring.

Fresh from tap at Flakhaven brewery, Odense. Pours a clear dark brown colour with a short head. Aroma of toasted malt, caramel and hops. Flat mouthfeel. The flavour has toasted malt and some bitter hops with caramel and some fruits. Rather boring.
